My mom and dad work a lot so we try to aim for atleast 2x a month-- with my in laws it's usually once a week or every other week since they're retired and home all the time!

Usually every week or two. When anyone slacks off my LO totally notices and we make him ask where they've been when they call lol.

My mom watches DD 4 days a week so my parents are really close to her. We see my MIL about 3-4 times a year and my FIL maybe once a year or once every other year. Both of my inlaws live out of state.

My parents live nearby, but they only get a chance to see the kids once a month or every other month. Lately my in-law's have seen my kids weekly, sometimes more often. It's usually split between us visiting them or my FIL visiting us at home.

My in laws watch DD 3 days a week so they see her lots and usually almost every weekend,
Too! My parents see her every few months (they live 500 miles away) and if we don't go up they don't see her because they rarely come to us.

My parents live 2 minutes from us so they see LOs often, at least a couple times a week. My ILs are 5 hours away and we see them probably once a month or every six weeks

We see my fam and inlaws 4x a year

My parents live in the burbs about 45 min away and we see them weekly. ILs live about 8-9 hours away but a short flight so we see them about every other month. Sometimes more.

Considering all of our family lives in different countries, we see my dad once or twice per year and my ILs maybe 4-5 times per year.

It's gone from once a year if that, to weekly for my side and daily for his side. Weekly would be a good balance. Daily is too much.

Both grandmas take care of DS 1x a week. We then see the grandpas monthly.

My mom watches our kids while I'm at work, so she sees them 4-5x a week. My dad (my parents are still married) typically sees them once a week on the weekend because he still works.

The IL's, who live 5 minutes away, see them like once every 2-3 months. In fact, they've only seen DS2 twice since he was born (he's 5m)

MIL maybe 1-2 times a month. She is retired and lives a few blocks away but she is has a lot of stuff going on!

FIL maybe 1-2 every two months.

My mom sees DD multiple times a week when she picks up DD from daycare 3x a week and also for a few hours on Friday's. She def see my family more often than DH's side. Maybe once a month, sometimes less for them?

Daily to a few times a week for my ILs. They live down the street.

A few times a year for my dad and maybe every other month for my mom.

In-laws weekly. My family is a 2hr flight away, & so far my mom's been out twice, my dad once & we've been to see them twice in the 7mos LO's been here. Hope to keep up on the visits w/ my family--I miss them & I absolutely want LO to know them well. She was so enamored with them at Thanksgiving--it was so super cute!

My parents every other month for about 4-7 days at a time. They live ten hours away.
FIL sees them once a month or so. He lives in our city but is almost 90 and with winter illnesses we've had to cancel a few times lately.
MIL doesn't work and lives 1.5 hours away. We haven't seen her since October since she's in Florida at tennis camp now. When she is home we see her maybe every other month depending in when she has hair appointments and needs to stay at our house. It's really effed up. She's never spent Christmas or birthdays with my girls but can jump through all sorts of hoops to get her hair colored.

We see my parents and MIL about 1x a year. We see FIL once every few years. I wish everyone lived a little closer!
