Mine is almost daily. She's a real daredevil! Today, I watched her on the daycare webcam take a ball up to the play kitchen, balance on top of it and use it as a stool to climb onto the kitchen and sit in the window.... and repeat after each time the teacher made her get down. Oye!

My son is a climber too. Heart attacks happening daily lately here! The other day climbed a kitchen chair to get on the kitchen table to eat candy corn (choking hazard anyone?) out of a glass bowl.

@littlek: oh, the jumping off stuff is just as bad! She'll climb on the couch and launch herself into her PB Anywhere Chair... laughing the whole time. I just *know* she'll break her neck one of these days.

Yes-mine gives me a heart attack on a daily basis.
Today, he threw a fit when I showered so I brought him in with me. Totally forgot I had a razor in there.
I look down and he had gotten it and had it in his mouth. I DIED. THANK THE LORD that I had the plastic cap on it. That's what happens when LO won't sit like a good little boy while mama jumps in for a 2 minute shower

OMG, these stories make me realize just how cautious C really is. But yes, heart attacks on a daily basis, he's constantly crashing into random things! Not sure how I'm going to handle two crazy boys!??!

Daily, I hold my breathe, jump up and "catch her", ect. at least 2x a day. (and I'm a WOHM) she is such a daredevil, loves to move faster than her little feet can take her, and she's starting to climb...oh man is she starting to climb. <deep breathe>

@BabyBoecksMom: oh my gosh! Sounds like something Chloe would do. She took a stool at preschool orientation and used it to climb through the window of an indoor playhouse.
She's a daredevil too. I worry constantly. Nothing seems to phase her or scare her anymore!

Twice today...for some reason he's clumsy today (he does that when he's tired.) First, he slipped in his chair at dinner and spilled his milk all over himself, and then he fell while trying to jump over the dog.

Ugh - yep, the kid is a daredevil who loves the feeling of falling. He is constantly climbing and throwing himself off of stuff. Even daycare notes often how much of a daredevil he is. He even pushed a chair up to our railing and tried to climb over it, it would have been a 1 storey drop! It is insane ... I blame my husband for the climbing/dare devil genes.

Oh definitely daily. Multiple times a day! He loves climbing up around the fireplace, exploring in the shower and escaping as much as possible!

Multiple times a day! DS likes to stand on the table and the back of the couch. He also stands on his scooter car thing with no hands and "surfs." He's only 14 months old. It makes me scared for what is to come!

@Beyond2: Yes! Mine does the surfing thing on his riding toys. And he's 13.5 months- it's terrifying!
Basically it just feels like I'm holding my breath all day most days!

Daily! He's climbing and jumping off of everything. I'm worried it's in his blood to be a daredevil. My niece broke her clavicle from jumping off her bed...she was 2!
