Every day. But, any toys that are on that level are in the play room. Meaning we don't keep any toys in the living room. He prefers someone to be in there playing with him, but it's open to the kitchen/dine-in area, so he's ok being in the play room alone if someone is visible. If we try to go in the living room, he will usually grab some toys and come play in there.

All of their toys and the piano are in the playroom, so the kids spend most of their indoor time in the playroom or at our island doing arts and crafts.

I keep all their toys in there so they're always playing in the playroom.

I just put up her princess castle so it's the only place she wants to be now. Ha!

Every day. That is where 90% of their toys are kept including their bounce house.

LO follows me everywhere and won't play on her own in a separate room. Makes me glad all the toys are in the living room, because I don't want to be stuck in a playroom.

There are some days LO only plays in there for a short while or not at all. There are days that we get up, get ready and go somewhere first thing in the morning, come back, have lunch, then nap (she takes a long, late nap), then when she gets up from her nap we run errands, play outside, or she watches a show while I cook dinner downstairs... by the time dinner is finished, it's time to get ready for bed! So there are days when there is just no opportunity! I do think part of it is that her playroom is upstairs away from the kitchen where I often am cooking or cleaning.

Her playroom is her bedroom, but she has a lot of her toys in the living room and definitely prefers to play there, however she's starting to like being in her room more (21 months). Her room is at the other end of our (small) house so I usually supervise in there, but I'm starting to let her go longer periods in there by herself with the monitor on.
