We're doing some potty training today and had a similar experience - but she finally went in the potty - and then on the floor after that. She's never been dry overnight, so she may not be quite ready. Today was a trial run! Good luck to you guys!

We just potty trained last week and he's been averaging 2 hour or so. Sometimes shorter sometimes longer. He's often had dry dipes through his nap and over night.

@oliviaoblivia: at least she went! I think it's such a new sensation to them that it takes a couple times to put the feeling of having to go pee together with the action of sitting on the toilet. She'll get there!

@oliviaoblivia: O peed all over the floor of her teepee. Then all over the bathroom floor. It's amazing how much comes out of such a little person.

@oliviaoblivia: Go L! She's doing awesome! Did she drink extra today or her usual amount? Sounds like she has some good bladder control if she is able to hold it, but I wouldn't worry, I think it is totally normal for them to hold it a bit, until they get used to the sensations and actions.

@travelgirl1: I got ours at the gap big time on sale...we went through 4 pairs today, so I think I need to get more!

DD pees about five times a day and #2 usually once a day. She's been trained for almost a year. Wears a diaper overnight though as she occasionally still pees.
