I've done maybe 30 since I gave birth back in March.
I should do them more often, but I always forget to.

One of my workout videos actually has kegels included in the warm up, so I do them every other day for a minute or so. I only remember to do them during that workout, though.

Uhh like once a month. Not good! Gotta kick it up into high gear from now until July!
