I'm beginning to think my daughter is going to need some form of sleep training. We're in a horrible routine right now of lying down with her 15 minutes to help her get to sleep, sneaking away, and then hearing her wail about 5 minutes later. It's just not sustainable.
I've done this 4x tonight already.
When did you sleep train?
We didn't sleep train our eldest. We co slept with him while he was young and would lay down with him to help him fall asleep and then sneak away and he would stay asleep but M refuses sleep at all unless we are right there the entire time. She is tired for the night at about 7:30 but wants us in there from that point forward. Once we do get in bed with her she will sleep all night with only 1-2 wake ups for nursing which I'm totally fine with.
