I've been meal planning dinners for a while but since I've started trying to eat healthier and lose weight, I've found I plan every single meal for mself (down to snacks!) on Sunday, and make minor adjustments throughout the week. So far, I really like it but I've never been so organized!!
Anyone else do this? Or am I crazy?
any good tips?
I really hate to be caught at work, hungry, without food. So i plan accordingly and bring what I know I'm going to need! My eating is pretty predictable at this point: bfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.
