Gov. to feds: End occupation

I didn't even realize the ranchers are still occupying the federal building. They don't have any hostages. Oregon Gov. Kate Brown is not happy her state is paying $100,000/ week in support of the Feds' effort to quell the situation. She wants the Feds to end the seige.
Do you think the ranchers are right or wrong?
How should the Federal gov't bring the occupation to an end?

I think the Feds should release really smelly stink bombs on the property. If someone can stick around after a stink bomb goes off, hats off to them!!

I wouldn't make the building comfortable anymore. Cut off heat, electricity, and food supplies. Treat the building like it's vacant since the building isn't being used for it's intended purpose. The officials could make sure no one trespasses on the property to help out the occupants. That may be cruel though.

In my opinion, if anyone else (color, race, religion) were doing this, it would have had a vastly different turnout. I don't like it.

@sorrycharlie: I completely agree with you. If it was any other group, we would most likely have swat teams and casualties involved. And it would have been resolved ASAP. I can't believe it is still going on!
I fully support cutting off all deliveries and utilities to the building. Without food, water & heat, they will have to give this up. Considering that they have threatened harm to others, I don't think cutting off their supplies is inhumane at all.

@sorrycharlie: agreed. Can you imagine if this were a group of armed black men? Armed Muslims? It would have been over in 20 minutes!

@catomd00: I think shooting extremists would create more anti-Federalist sentiment, like it did after Waco and Ruby Ridge.
I think the Feds should treat this as seriously as it demands... and use stink bombs and clown cars to get them out of there.

@mrbee: I dog really think they should shoot anyone it was more tongue in cheek to emphasize that if this was a minority group it would have ended already in a very different way. It's absolutely absurd that they've been allowed to go on this long wasting taxpayers money. They should go in and start forcibly removing them already.

It seems they're all squabbling amongst themselves, this seems to be more effective than violence. The guys went to jail and the rebel group is just fighting amongst themselves trying to figure out what to do with all the x rated goods they received instead of supplies.
