I'm not happy with my stroller lineup but I'm not sure what I should sell or buy. Hoping for some advice from the hive! Here's what we have:

- City mini - our original stroller, used for a year
- City select (w/ extra seat) - our "upgrade" in anticipation of LO #2
- Maclaren Mark II - our travel stroller (this one is fine)

We have an 18 month old and are hoping to TTC #2 soon for a 2.5-3 yr age gap. We have a walking commute to daycare so we use the stroller every day, in a climate that definitely sees snow. My original issue with the city mini was that we got caught in snow a few times and literally got stuck. When I saw a deal on the city select double, I jumped on it, thinking it would solve our snow problems and also give us a second seat for #2. But after using it for a few months, I really dislike it. It's great in the snow but it's heavy and hard to fold, and I need to fold it every day both at daycare and at home. I also have no idea how it will fit in the little rack that daycare gives us once I install the second seat!

So...I'm thinking of selling it but then we'd be back to square one with the city mini, which still doesn't work in the snow or convert to a double. What do you guys think? Keep city select and try to make it work? Add something else? I'm tempted to sell both and just get a city mini GT with a glider board but I don't know if LO1 will be ok with that at age 3 and if I will regret selling the select since we got a good deal on it.
