Mood swings and bloat start a day or two before. Increased appetite too.

I mostly get emotional and sweets cravings two days before...

Two days or so. I get really emotional and angry. Oh and hungry.

3 DPO when I am TTC Haha. Otherwise two days before with mood and cravings.

The week before. I get moody and start craving for chocolate and steak! The week of/during AF though, zero symptoms. So weird. lol
