Some nights Lo fights us when we brush her teeth. -.-
I wonder if 20-30 seconds of brushing does anything ..

It took a long time but we finally taught him to say "AHHHHH" the whole time we're brushing so I think we do a pretty thorough job, even though we brush really quickly. He didn't have any cavities during his recent dentist check up (1 month ago) so i think it's working?

DD brushes her own teeth and then we scrub her molars for a minute or so after she's done. I think her tooth brushing actually improved when we start letting her do it herself!

@banana: Yeah, my LO opens her mouth sometimes. Most of the time her mouth is shut and she's sucking on the brush trying to eat the yummy toothpaste.
BRushing the front of her teeth is the biggest challenge!

OMG, it's been a struggle since day one. If I can even get the tooth brush INTO her mouth, then that is a success. I can get to her bottom teeth more than I can get to her top.

She doesn't have any teeth yet so I just wipe her gums down with a wash cloth, but even that's a huge struggle. Not looking forward to brushing her teeth.
