Everyone did a great job of adjusting to local time throughout our travels, but now that we're back in NY, we're exhausted and totally jet lagged!
Olive slept over 17 HOURS last night from 9:30pm - 2:45pm. Charlie slept 14 hours from 2:30am - 4:30pm. I was up all night and fell asleep around noon and woke up with Olive.
Olive just went down for her first nap of the day at 5:30pm, so I think it's going to take us a couple of days to get back on NY time!
phew we are just exhausted! How do you cure jet lag? How long does it usually take you to adjust to local time when you travel?
