I'm 36 weeks today and in my 3rd week of Bronchitis. I've taken Zithromax (Z-pak), Delsyum, Robitussin DM, asthma inhalers, cough drops, and Promethezine with Codeine, without much relief whatsoever. In fact, I feel like the past week I've gotten worse. My OB actually sent me to Urgent Care this week, but they also didn't think there was anything more they could give me. A second round of antibiotics doesn't really seem like the solution - especially since the first round didn't do anything.

I've been living on sleep in 20-40 minute increments. I'm coughing so hard I throw up everything I eat and need to wear & constantly change pads because I gush pee with every coughing attack. I even have to carry a cup or bag for throwing up while driving or when we go out for a short while. Sorry to be so graphic, but my quality of life is just wretched at the moment. I've spent so much time hurled over, gasping for air, and not being able to watch LO as well as I should.

Has anyone else experienced bronchitis late in pregnancy? Anything for relief? Did it affect the pregnancy? I'm actually concerned I'm going to go into labor still coughing, vomiting, and gasping for air and how the heck I'll make it through?!
