Our half bathroom smells like pee all the time.
I have tried cleaning in the all nooks and it still smells.
Has anyone tried anything they saw online like a baking soda soak or using peroxide? Maybe I need bleach??

What do you use to clean your toilet?
Lysol toilet bowl cleaner with bleach works really well! -

We even have a removable seat that I can take off and really clean.
I wonder if its permeated the grout (the pee)

We sometimes have problems with cat pee in the bathroom, and use Nature's Miracle to deal with it. It really works for pee on the floor!!

Could it be a problem with the pee trap? That's the part of the plumbing that is suppose to hold water in order to keep the smells from the outside sewage lines from coming into your home. My mom had this problem with one of her's and after months of cleaning it, etc she called a plumber and that was the problem

Have you tried steam cleaning under the toilet? I read about it on a blog and the amount of dry pee that came out was astounding and gross.

If you use bleach, make sure it is diluted enough because mixing bleach with urine can create a toxic gas (or is this just an urban legend? I looked around online first and it looks like it might be true)
