I know I eat way too much but I am starving all the time!! How do you make yourself not eat? Is it just mind over matter?
Today I ate ;
8am - coffee and Fiber One protein cereal with milk
11am - Then I had a HUGE salad with grilled chicken and a hard boiled egg
1pm - Then I ate a greek yogurt
almost 2pm - Now I am eating almonds and pumpkins seeds
I am STILL hungry!
