11 months into the pandemic...it's getting hard to muster up positivity and optimism.
My tipping point is a parent that is full on conspiracy theory. I get links to articles and videos all the time. It's crazy and I'm upset that one of my last support systems is essentially gone.
So...tell me how to start therapy. What credentials do I look for, etc.? I know we have something through our EAP. To be honest, the only reason I've avoided in the past is that it sounds like a lot of work and I've got enough of that already.
Bonus points if you have resources for dealing with family that have fallen down the rabbit hole.
