We had a nice chill dinner with friends... no turkey! Dinner was great and the company was even better.

food was good, but the restaurant was busy, loud and the kids were ready to go home after 45 mins. It took us 25 mins to get seated so..

Mine was good! I ate sooo much...especially pie! I'm stuffed. It was nice at my inlaws house too. My BIL's gf and I get along real well so it was nice to sit and hang out with her.

Delicious! Mom made an amazing turkey. Now we're eating sea salt caramel gelato.

It was so good! Now we've got the pies in the oven and coffee brewing. Later we'll go outside for a fire and some s'mores.

It was nice, and I'm stuffed. Food was different because it was my MIL's instead of my moms, but I can't complain. Nice to see DH spending holidays with his parents.

Traditional thanksgiving lunch (with all the fixin's!) with my in-laws, peking duck at my parents house for dinner. We are all stuffed and LO was great!

Dinner was just ok. MIL and mom driving me crazy.

Dinner was good actually! I made a stuffed seitan loaf, candied lime sweet potatoes, mashed red potatoes with the skins on, and roasted broccoli. And of course we had cranberry sauce plopped from a can! I made simple champagne and cranberry juice cocktails.
I'm excited to eat some left-overs today!
Dessert.....well not so much. I tried to make a vegan pumpkin spice cake with maple buttercream. The recipe for the cake called for vegetable shortening, so I used what I thought was shortening here, but it just tasted like grease! It was so nasty! I'm so mad about that!
