After busting my butt January I got great fitness results, then I slacked in February. Well this morning DH made a comment he noticed, "I should do cardio, since you stopped eating healthy."
First, I hate grocery shopping, which he knows but doesn't come with me or take it over sometimes. We have had an uptick in takeout.
Second, the rest is on me - less vitamin intake =less energy =less exertion when I am at the gym.
Third, I slacked off my food journal, which REALLY did help me stay in line with my food goals.
No excuses, I just have to get back on track. One thing I won't do anymore weigh ins and measurements for a long while. Something about the good news gets me off track.
