We've recently moved from a climate where we constantly ran DEhumidifiers to keep mold from growing on the walls to an old historic home with radiator heat which, as the weather gets colder, are proving to make the air extremely dry. The whole family is pretty uncomfortable at night (dry eyes and throats), but my six month old, who WAS a rock star sleeper, is waking multiple times a night wanting to nurse or just be with me.
Does anyone regularly use a humidifier or steam machine in the nursery? If so, would you recommend the one you have? Or any other suggestions, like perhaps offering water at night?
Glad to hear that humidifiers have solved this problem for others - I'm really struggling with the night waking a after getting used to having solid sleep!
