Just when I thought I was getting used to going through ebates for all of my online orders, I place a $500+ order with Babies R Us AND DON'T GO THROUGH EBATES FOR IT. This is the worst since I ordered a $700 dresser from Land of Nod without going through the right portal. UGH!

someone told me that if you click through ebates the same day sometimes you'll still get credit because they create a tracking ticket for that day, and they can't tell which came first, the order or the ticket. so do it now!!

I only just now realized it because I had to force them to apply a couple of transactions that shipped forever ago (so annoying) and I went into my "shopping" email folder and all the bru emails reminded me I totally hadn't gone through ebates for those.@autumnlove: do it! You get a certain percent cash back for shopping online at a ton of different stores, and it's a good central place for coupon codes too. I've earned $20 over the past few months just from Christmas shopping (though it would have been so much more if I'd remembered to go through their site for the bru and land of nod purchased!)

Thanks for the heads up on ebates! I normally use uPromise, but they don't have an affiliation with Amazon (I do a large portion of my shopping at Amazon too).
