My allergies have flared up, and there's not a whole lot I can do to fix it. Other than a Neti Pot and lots of fluids, anyone have any advice on alleviating the congestion?

Have you tried a humidifier? That always worked for me. I have bad allergies and whenever I get congested, I put the humidifier right next to my bed and breathe into it as much as possible.

Be careful that you are using filtered water with your netipot. Some scary stories have been circulating about netipots.

You should ask your doctor about whatever allergy meds you took before pregnancy (assuming you took some). Mine gave the total OK to both Zyrtec and Singulair.
