DS is a pretty good sleeper. Sometimes he'll wake up and I'll bring him to bed with me but he's good about going to sleep and staying in bed for at least 10 hours.

Why is it that I cannot sleep for more than 6 hours?? When he wasn't sleeping through the night it was understandable. But now - last night he went to bed at 8, I went to bed around 10 and finally fell asleep about an hour later, woke up just before 5am. DS was still sleeping and slept until 7am but I could not fall back asleep.

Anyone else have a baby/toddler that's a good sleeper and suddenly you're not?
Did I just get used to not sleeping and now I have to sleep train myself??
