2. I'm taking care of 2 babies...she's taking care of FOUR (me and my dad)
3. I was feeling a bit under the weather because I haven't been sleeping well and my throat was a lil scratchy. I woke up a lil while ago and turns out I slept 7.5 hours.... Straight. I haven't even done that during pregnancy.

@mediagirl: I'm actually staying with my parents. So my mom was sleeping with me and the babies. But last night/this morning, she took the babies into another room so they wouldn't wake me up...

Moms are the best!!!!!!!! My mom helped me for 2 weeks pp and it was the best!! It was not fun when she left, lol.

My mom babies me more NOW than she did when I was younger. She comes over every Wednesday with lunch and energy to play with LO while I get things done around the house.

I love my mom because:
1. She is selfless
2. Since being on bedrest, she comes to visit at least once a week and does laundry, cleaning, and baby errands for us
3. She completely set up the nursery yesterday including washing all baby clothes!

aww I love my mom because she is the hardest worker I have ever known! She just DOES it without complaining or asking.
She's the type to just DO stuff instead of asking if you need help.
She's a super grandma! She took care of my niece and nephew (2 weeks apart) all day except at night till they were 1.
She's coming to stay with us for 3 months to take care of me post delivery and help with baby. Even after all that she still feels bad that she can't help us watch baby full time. (She lives 8 hours away)

Because even though her children are grown she drops everything when you call and need her. For example, yesterday I had some spotting and knew my husband couldn't make it to the doctor's office, she left work to be with me so I didn't have to do it alone. Then she came to my house made lunch, put dinner in the crockpot, and rubbed my feet until I feel asleep. She is superwoman in my eyes.

It's hard not to talk about my mom in terms of the BIG things she's done.
She is the strongest, kindest person I have ever known. She raised five kids while dealing with a difficult marriage. When the time came to leave a really bad situation, she was strong enough to do it. Her faith is unshakable.
My mom deserves sainthood, seriously.

1. She has dropped her life to live with me for the past couple of weeks to help me with LO while I recover from surgery.
2. She kicked me out of the house today.... to go shopping with her credit card!

I love my mom cause she sacrificed her own plans for 3 months to come help me out with cooking/cleaning and also to keep me company. She also takes LO whenever I get tired with nothing but a big smile. Last Saturday she watched LO for 6 hours while DH and I had our first date since baby. I love having her around and can't imagine what I would have eaten if it wasn't for her. If I'm having a rough day with LO, she always gives encouraging words to keep me going. Mom is the best!!!
