Ok, not really but that's the excuse I use for my kids.

I have been starving lately and its driving me crazy!

For breakfast I have been eating the same thing and within 2 hours I am starving again!!!

2 hard boiled eggs
2 clementines
1 piece whole wheat bread with almond butter

I think this should be plenty filling till 11am (3 hours) but I cant make it that long.

Do you ever go thru bouts of being really hungry - do you just eat as much as you want as long as its real food?
