@littlebittyhouse: I'm going to have to try that. My favorite was discontinued (Shu-brand mascara) and I hate the mascaras that take an army to remove.
I've tried everything out there - MAC, Benefit, Clinique, Dior, Urban Decay, Maybelline, Cover Girl - just about everything. I haven't tried either of these brand or that style of mascara. -
@rachiecakes: I am in love with the Trish McEvoy. It comes off with soap and water. You do have the little tubes but whatever - it stays put AND comes off when you want it to so I'll take it!

@MrsMcD: I don't think you can buy them in the US anymore ...only the Shu website!
@rachiecakes: I loved that mascara...not officially waterproof but it never smudged!

@PrincessBaby: I didn't comment on this thread earlier because I had this same problem with lash blast and I thought how could this be possible? I hate this black tar chunky monkey mascara! I find mascara is one of those items that is hard to be a cheapie on. I save my make up moolah by getting cheap eyeliners.

Lancôme Hypnose kills every brand I've ever tried, including DiorShow.
I also love FiberWig by DJV Beautenizer... Layered over Benefit "They're Real" makes your lashes look like youre wearing falsies. They're Real can be a bitch to take off though. -
@LindsayInNY: I really like Quo liquid and pencil liners! They sell them at Shoppers.
I also dont mind some ELF stuff (some hidden gems in there) and I find their mascara tolerable - better for separating and not creating the chunky look but doesnt really add fullness. I always had to combine it with another mascara.

@PrincessBaby: I typically use Eyes to Kill by Armani, but trying Benefit's mascara right now. I love ETK for like the first 2 months, and then it seems to get a little thick. I don't think it ever flaked on me. It's so expensive, though, so I'm trying Benefit, which is at least a little cheaper.

@PrincessBaby: okay, so I bought both the curler and mascara and I love them!!
I also bought another mascara that a friend of mine recommended, Maybelline colossal (she has tried every high end mascara). It's very date night type of mascara but I love it!! I'll post a photo but I was in the middle of getting ready so ignore the gross hair.

So I bought the covergirl in waterproof and you're right it is gross! Thick and so hard to take off. I exchanged for regular and it comes off so easy. I used to use it all the time and started trying other brands. And I'm so glad to go back to my Covergirl lash exact. (In the purple tube).

Ok I also want to share a photo. This is with cover girl lash exact (purple tube) non-waterproof. I don't curl my lashes. I think I just got lucky with lashes that naturally curl up.

@sarahbee: thank you! It's Sephora retractable eye liner waterproof in matte brown/black. I really like it! Goes on really smooth.
