Seriously. I have lots of small moles/beauty marks on my face but literally, when I woke up, my face had tiny freckles splattered all over! Even DH was like, "Since when did you have freckles?"
Is this a pregnancy thing or just a skin-changing thing?

@Rubies: darkening of freckles can definitely happen! Maybe they were there but too light to see before?

I've gotten a million more freckles, my existing ones are darker and I've gotten new moles and skin tags too, so fun. SO fun. /sarcasm

@MrsTiz: I got skin tags too. They're small but are still there at 15 months pp.
I don't have many moles, but the one on my face did get darker.

I got randome moles and freckles qhen pregnant w a! I had frckles already that got darker then faded...

21 week. I'm freckly anyway but mine didn't get darker until we went to the beach, then they got darker right away! They've since faded. I've gotten one skin tag. Yuck.

My freckles got dark during my pregnancy and remained so (9 months pp). I have skin tags, too! I think I will go visit a dermatologist to have the skin tags removed.
