For my daily cup of coffee (home brewed) in the morning, it needs to be hot. But then if I go to a coffee shop later on in the day, I'll order iced (if it's summer).

Depends, on a hot day where I'm just thirsty, iced. Any other day, I like the soothing sip of piping hot coffee.
