Did you do or collect anything to commemorate the day your baby was born?

I definitely want to get a newspaper, but I'm stumped as to what else. I think it would be fun to look back and see what was newsworthy that day. I will send a birth announcement to the White House, but the pay off (congrats from the president!) Won't be the same day as the birthday.
