If you have a family member watch your LO while you are at work, do you have them keep track of feedings/intake and sleep on paper for you?
My mom is watching our son 1 day a week when I'm back at work. She's basically a baby whisperer and I trust her implicitly. However, I'm wondering if I should ask her to keep track of his feedings and sleep on paper (like they do at daycare) so that I can keep track of what he's doing all week while I'm at work (the other 3 days he'll be at daycare). Is that weird or too controlling? I don't want her to be offended, but I also don't want to have to grill her at the end of every day?
