We are going to have daycare CD our 11 month old, whose poops are mushy and massive. No solid poops to just pop into the toilet.
How should they handle poops? Should i put liners in them? Won't it still be a hassle to dump it out? I don't want to make it too complicated for them.

We use liners. The changing table is next to the bathroom in LO's classroom, so its not a big deal for them to dump the liners in the toilet.
The liners do a good job of catching solid or less than solid poops.

Depends on the teacher...some of them put the diaper, liner and poop in the wet bag after they close up the diaper. Some of the other teachers dump the liners and poops for us!

@Freckles: Eh, LO's poops are solid so I just dump them when I get home. The bag contains the smells pretty well so it isn't a big deal. Some of the younger daycare teacher's assistants hate poop...lol.

Our just put the whole diaper in the wet bag and we dumped it at home. No big deal. Some days were stinker than others, even with the good wet bags.

They dump the liners and poo at daycare. Its really nice to just be able to dump in the washer when we get home!

We will just ask daycare to put the diaper poop and all into the wet bag and I will deal with it at home. They only have 1 other CD kid and I don't want to make it a hassle for them.
