Hellobee Boards

I would probably stay on wedding bee. I know it's not baby but their baby section is the closet environment to here.

Honestly, the forums for babies are awful and I hate them. I would probably go to them because I'm addicted to forums but I would not enjoy myself. babycenter, thebump. bleh!

I wouldn't join any others either.

I would be more active in my local Mom FaceBook groups.

I would probably go back to Weddingbee. The other forums are mean and nasty. HB is by far the best!

I would probably go back to the WB Babies board...but not be nearly as happy there as I am here. I don't really go to any other baby boards...I browse Baby Center sometimes, but I just don't get that...sitting chatting with my friends vibe like I do here.

I was on WB when we were NTNP and it was great but when I got pregnant I needed more day to day threads about women going through pregnancy. I joined the bump and got involved in my month board. There was drama but I made some great friends that I am still connected with on a Facebook group. I do like HB much more and hope that with #2 I can get involved in a month board group here.

I just wouldn't use another site. I didn't before HB, and I wouldn't start if there was no HB.

Weddingbee probably, and I'd ask my friends IRL more but one of the reasons I love HB is none of my friends really have babies.... just my sisters and I sometimes feel a bit dumb asking them since they're so much younger than me : )

HB is the only baby/pregnancy-related community I've felt okay being a part of...The Bump has a lot of forums, but boy can it get snarky.

I've been on other sites and I'm not interested in returning to them. I would probably just be done with baby boards if HB shut down.

Gasp!! Oh, no! HB shutdown?!?! I don't know. I haven't looked.

Weddingbee is an option but it wasn't dedicated to just babies. I've pretty much moved on from those wedding planning days.

I am a member of a Facebook infertility group but it doesn't have the community like HB does.

Why are my talking about sad things today!?

I'd grab a few HB #s though & keep in touch with the few that I talk to most often.

I would probably go to WB or do a more thorough search when we started to seriously try. I came here from WB because after the wedding I was so "over" talking about anything wedding related and I wasn't a big fan of what it was turning into. I came to HB because I knew we would want kids in our near future, I like forums and the ladies aren't so bad either

I'm not sure where I would go. There are a lot of free baby sites but they're more of an interesting read than an indepth discussion. I feel like at HelloBee there's both - lots of point of views, different experiences, and great discussions all rolled into one.

But we can't afford to spend money right now. I don't even pay for my magazine subscriptions, they were a gift. So unless someone gifted me a subscription to HelloBee, I would have to leave and make due with my blog and hopefully some of the wonderful people on this site would find me from there.

I probably wouldn't join/participate in any other site, but I'd read/check-in/lurk on WB, The Bump, or just use the Googles.

This is the only online community I am a part of, I would jump on the doughnut bandwagon with the others in their pity party and start playing bejeweled blitz and mahjong on my ipad.

I would be a very sad person, and instead of joining another site I would just picket Park Slope with a sign that said "Why did you have to take away my only friends?" lol

Seriously though, Hellobee is so many worlds better than any other site I've found, but our budget is so tight I couldn't pay for it. If we made a little more money though, I would pay to have it.
