Hey IF-ers, I'm wondering if anyone has experience going back to the RE after having successful interventions? I have PCOS and pretty much don't ovulate on my own. I had success with TI, 7mg Femara, 75iu Gonal-F, and trigger shot. I'm hoping to start up the same exact protocol with my RE this summer. I made a consultation for the middle of June, so I'm guessing by July we could have our first cycle.
Does anyone have any experience to share for how it worked with going back to the RE? Were they able to just pick up where you left off, or were there additional steps involved?
When I returned to the RE my husband and I had to redo bloodwork, have the results from my latest pap, and then schedule a saline sonogram, along with the typical 3-day bw/internal ultrasound. It took us about a month to get through everything before we could jump back into treatments. (I was so glad I went ahead and had my pap taken care of in advance or that may have delayed things further)
