... what baby gear would you give a try?
Just curious to get us through this hump day. I think I would want to give wraps another try. I'm often holding DD when we're out and about. I have a Beco Gemini that I love but I think she'd be more inclined to be less wiggly/happy snuggly in a wrap meant for toddlers.

I'd go ahead and buy a Double BOB right now. I'm going to get one once we have a #2... but I'd really like to have one now. We go on walks with our friends a lot and it would be so much easier to put the girls in one stroller because right now they spend the whole time craning their necks to try to see each other. But I just can't justify $700 right now on a double stroller when I don't have two kids!!

@MamaMoose: Oh. Oh man. Definitely need one of those. Preferably a double jogging stroller - even though I don't jog 
- for maneuverability. Right now we use a Jeep double umbrella stroller for the kids for short trips. I have a love/hate relationship with it. Love it because it's easy to fold but wish it would fit more easily in doorways! But that's hard to find with a side by side so that the wheels don't get caught

@NaturallyCathy: Yeah when we have #2 I'm going to get the second seat for my Vista to use for shopping, etc. I don't want to deal with a side by side for inside. But for running I definitely need a BOB. I was running the other day and I passed a woman pushing two BIG kids in a BOB and I yelled out to her that she was my hero. She laughed pretty hard.

Id buy a Bob to do the off roading stuff and give our regular stroller a break (though I wouldn't trade it in, I love my current stroller !)

@MamaMoose: We got our double for just over $400 at an REI members only garage sale! It was in new condition- worth looking into!

I would replace my britax b-ready with a city jogger select, because I could push all three kids with it. I don't really need a place for all 3 kids, but places like the airport it would be fantastic to have that option. I would also buy a new crib so I don't have to push DS#1 out of the crib to soon so DS#2 can go to his own room.

Stokke Trip Trap, a really nice glider, an Oeuf crib...I could find a lot if money were no option I'd also do cloth diapers and get a service (or just hire someone to do all my laundry!). And I'd have a nice collection of wraps -- right now we have the BabyBjorn One and Moby, but not sure what LO will like once he gets here.

@swedishfish: that's one of those words in French that took me years to master. The sound doesn't really exist in English, but it sounds kind of like wuff minus the W sound.

Oh man, DH hates it when I let my brain go into this zone, haha! But if money were really no object, I would probably buy a kick-ass double stroller. I can't even tell you which one, because I have never let myself look at the really expensive ones since there's no point. Or maybe a really nice glider.

If money wasn't an object, I first would get a bigger home to fit all the gear I would buy. LOL!
I would get a Dutailier glider or an upholstered glider from the Land of Nod. We don't have one.

I'd upgrade our stroller -- I really liked the Bumbleride Indie but not enough more than the City Mini GT to justify the extra $200. But if you take money out of the equation, I definitely would have chosen the Indie in papyrus green. There's also an Elleville woven wrap I'd love to have made into a WCRS but I'm not about to pay $310 for it, just to turn around and chop it up...

@septca: Hospital grade pump - GREAT idea. What I wish I would have done was buy a used Symphony off ebay for #1 - I have seen them for $700-800 and for 3 kids it would totally have been worth it for me.

If I wasn't so cheap I would try all the high chairs until I found one I liked. I have serious buyers remorse with ours. My current short list is the OXO Sprout and the Boon Flair.

Hm, LO isn't here yet, but so far I'm pretty happy with what we've gotten and what we plan on purchasing. We've bought a lot of items second hand and have gotten some good deals.
I registered for the Ergo, so we may still get it, but I can't really see us spending the money on it ourselves if nobody gifts it to us. So maybe that?
