@bluestriped bee: I told my dh if he ever without me and there is one in the ladies room but not in the men's to walk in and change her. Announce that he is coming in of course. Seriously, this is 2016 why is this a problem.

On another note I usually scope out of there are any buy buy baby stores or baby r us. They always have a nursing/changing room which is much nicer than a restroom. Totally have changed her in the car tho.

We do it in the car. It's way cleaner than a public bathroom.

I bought an SUV simply to have a changing station in my trunk! I prefer it to public changing tables. I've changed on my KP when necessary, too. If you don't have a changing table in your bathroom, I have no problems doing it at my table (on a chair/booth bench - not the actual table.) I use our stroller a lot too when we are out since the seat folds down into a bassinet.

The worst was when we were on a delayed plane and had to change her - no changing tables on the aircraft! The flight attendant gave me a blanket and I changed her on the blanket over the toilet seat but she screamed the whole time thinking she was falling and it was so unpleasant for both of us. Can't understand why a plane wouldn't have a changing table!

My DH has change LO on his lap while he was sitting on the toilet. I really cannot understand how places fail to have something so basic. There are also women's rooms in restaurants without changing stations.

I'd just wait if it's not poop. If it is, I'll try to find somewhere, a store, restaurant, anything that has a changing table. If not, go back to the car.

I pretty much always changed lo in the car. I felt like it was much cleaner.

I've changed her on the bathroom floor, on top of the pad that came with my diaper bag. These are usually at restaurants that are small and only have one or two unisex single bathrooms, and very clean. NYC so there's no car option, otherwise I'd prob do that. I've also changed her outside on park benches with the pad

Usually in the car. I have heard of people changing them on restaurant tables when there aren't any in the bathrooms but that is soooo disgusting! Please do anything but that!

I avoid changing tables at all costs. I either lay the stroller down or do it on my lap (increasingly difficult as she grows!) or in the back of my SUV.

I just had to change LO in my lap a few weeks ago at the zoo! (There was aline for the changing table and my patience was low).
