I have always been a high sleep needs person. I just have a hard time focusing or functioning on low sleep. I have a 2 year old who wakes up multiple times a night and a three month old who wakes up 2-3 times a night still and I’m exhausted. All the time. I don’t exercise at all, I have unfinished projects all around the house. I know the answer to getting things like that done is to get up before everyone or stay up late but I’m so tired that I’m dropping my phone on my face while I try to set my alarm at night and I have to drag myself out of bed.

How does everybody do it?
