Where would you pick?
This question brought to you by the thousands of dollars I did not spend, but wanted to, today in Chapters.

Ugh, so tough. I would say Target because I can get so many different categories in one store. If it's clothing only, probably either H&M or Nordstroms?

IKEA (JK I don't have room for that much furniture). Barnes and Noble.
I'm a petite and really struggle to go clothes shopping. There's almost never anything in my size and style. But books, yeah, I could get LOADS of books.

Target for all the stuff..... If we are just talking clothes then I'd pick LL Bean.

If we're picking places I can't afford, Restoration Hardware
Places I shop regularly, Target

Does Amazon count? Probably either that or Old Navy (but only because we can buy clothes for every member of our family there).

Yep, Target. If it was strictly clothes, accessories, makeup, etc., then Nordstrom.

@Sams Mom: Oooh, I could do a lot of damage at Restoration Hardware!
@LadyDi: Chapters is a Canadian chain of bookstores, but they also sell some really nice home stuff, a decent assortment of toys, etc.

For clothes....probably Nordstrom....but Target would be amazing too! Oooh, what about Amazon?

Wayfair! We need to redo our boy's bedroom in the next 6 months when we get rid of the crib. We are going with bunk beds since they share but I want to completely redo their room... it's going to cost like $3k for everything I want....

@erinbaderin: I could redecorate my whole house, it would be fun... And very expensive

We’re just moving into our house soooo...maybe crate and barrel or pottery barn? ETA: @Sams Mom: oooh, or restoration hardware! Forgot about that place because it’s so expensive, haha. We got our dining table there, though, and I love it!!

@MrsSCB: my mom has offered to get the membership for a year for if any of us kids want to buy anything... And it's still expensive!

@Sams Mom: totally — we bought our table pre-kid. Now Ikea is more my price point

@Littlebit7: I would also like a shopping spree there, but first I need a bigger house to furnish - can that be included in the spree?
Practically, Amazon to stock up on diapers, toiletries, etc (so interesting, I know).

There's so many places to choose from! But considering all the sweet renovations we'd like to do, right now, the choice would be Lowes.
Otherwise I'd probably lose myself on Zillow!

Oh gosh... for myself probably Intermix or Nordstrom/Trunk Club. For my house, restoration hardware or room and board. Probably room and board. If I had to just pick one place... maybe Amazon cause I could get a lot of stuff for everyone!

anthropologie too! it's a bit seasonal but that is definitely the store where i most often am looking for just one thing and end up buying 7 after painstakingly removing 10 other things from my wishlist.
