Bacon. He fits in wherever he goes so I'm calling bacon as a condiment - on a burger, covered in chocolate, with eggs, he makes the sandwich, etc.!
Otherwise, mustard. Or hot sauce; too hard to pick just one!!

Otherwise I would have to say ranch. I actually don't like most condiments. I think mayo is the most disgusting substance on the earth. And yes, I say this knowing that sometimes ranch is made with mayo. I didn't say I was logical.
