I'm allergic to shellfish, so some sort of fish. Likely salmon, although I do love a battered halibut and sometimes a tuna sandwich really hits the spot.

Lobster is my fav, but you can do so much with shrimp. Tough choice! Lobster is $$ so I say shrimp.
