Do you have one for each kid?
I just have one, I was doing really well keeping up on it but then I started slacking. I think because I felt like nothing exciting was happening so there wasn't a point in updating it daily. So I can't imagine trying to keep two separate ones...
Also, do you just write in what your LO did that day?

I have something similar to this where I write my happiest moment of the day. It's almost always something about the kids, something sweet they did or funny they said. It's nice because I can look back (I've been doing it for more than six years) and remember moments I otherwise would have lost, it only takes two minutes a night, and it's a way to end even a really crappy day on an optimistic note.

I try to include little glimpses of life or where the girls are at (we danced to DD2s favorite song, favorite colors, projects, new words, what they said to make me laugh etc.) although when I get behind there certainly are entry's that are pretty much "we went to target today and the girls were good" lol I only have one and there are some days I talk more about one or the other.
