...where do you hang your stockings?
We don't have a fireplace in our new house, and I can't figure out where to hang the stockings!

We don't have one, either!
I used to hang them off 3M hooks on our bannister, but might try to hang them from our floating shelves.. I'm not sure if it will look nice?
I've also seen stocking stands online and have been wanting to give those a try!

We hang them along our stairs on a string of garland.

I hang them on the wall with pretty hooks and a Christmas sign above to make it work.

This will be our first Christmas in this house. I'm super bummed about no fireplace and haven't figured out the stocking situation yet!

We have those stocking hooks you put on a shelf, ours spell out "joy." They just go on a bookshelf in the living room.

We have a cheesy fake fireplace in our apartment.
If I didn't have it I'd use command hooks on the wall somewhere, or on a bookcase!

Right now we don't do stockings since we do not have an LO.
My parents had a fireplace, but they used to hang the stockings on the stairs.

At our old townhouse we hung them on the bannister.

We're hanging them on the windowsill in our living room this year

We put them on the bookshelf in the living room. The shelf is decorated for Christmas as well, so it's fun and festive.

We have a bannister around half of our living room so we hang the stockings on that.

We use thumb tacks and hang them on the wall.

We previously hung them on a shelf in the living room, and in our new house I expect to hang them from either one of the shelves of our built-in between the dining and living rooms or on the highest shelf of the media center in our living room.
I wish I had a bannister though, it sounds pretty!
