I BF T after every meal and in between. I don't see much of a point in using a sippy since he gets all of his liquids from me, but I would like for him to learn how to use one. He's not too keen on water (he'll take two sips from a bottle and abandon the rest) and I can't and don't want to give him juice. I definitely don't have enough milk to pump and put in a sippy. Lol

Just watER to get her used to using the cup so it wasn't entirely new when we moved to whole milk at a year...

We only ever gave water. She actually loves water though. We started giving her cow's milk every once in a while at maybe 17 months once she wasn't nursing as much. She doesn't love cow's milk but will drink it occasionally.

We're behind when it comes to the zippy. DD is almost 9 months and we're skipping the sippy to go straight to straw, but she hasn't gotten the hang of it yet and I don't offer it very often. She also doesn't like water and it's a pain to pump just to try to teach her the cup. Warm water does work a bit better than cold. I really need to get better at giving her the cup!

Just water. It's really just to learn and experiment, doesn't matter how much he drinks. As he increased his solids he may drink more but the Breastmilk is still plenty of liquids.

Water, just to get her used to drinking things other than warm BM. She only took a few sips at first, but now she will usually drink a couple ounces with each meal.

Chicken broth!
I use the organic chicken broth from a box when I'm in a hurry, but usually I try to make my own. She loves it and it's nutritious! Win win! -

Water! Also you might want to try a regular open cup (with a small diameter). Lots of babies can figure it out pretty quickly and it saves you a step later.

We started giving her water in sippys around 11 months. She drank a few sips here and there at first, but now she guzzles down multiple cups a day.
