What would you do? I'm afraid all the time that someone on here will make connections and figure out who I am because they know me in real life...but hey, if they're a fellow bee then that would be kind of cool!
I'm sure they share like I share and we could keep each other's secrets. 
If the tables were turned and I found out I knew a bee in real life, I think I would reach out to them.

I realized a week after I met erinpye that she was on HB! I was kind of mortified at first (met through a mutual friend) but then it made me like her more lol. I feel like we connect really well because we're both passionate about parenting and have HB in common

I figured out that someone on here is a friend of a friend. We are FB friends but don't' really talk. At first I thought it would be cool to let her know that I was on here too. But then I saw a post that she made talking about a miscarriage she had had in the past. She has two very healthy babies now but I figured it was best to not say anything as that just seemed very personal and probably not something she would have shared with me IRL.

This has happened to me! I had 2 of my "in real life" friends (well, one friend and one wife of a friend of my husband's) find me on wedding bee. Both of them just told me and I was fine with it. I don't put anything online that I wouldn't be comfortable with my friend or my mom or whoever... so it doesn't bother me!
Also I've met 4 people in person after first knowing them on weddingbee and they were all great! One is now a good "in real life" friend because she is local, and two of the others live far away but I see when I can. I'm actually having a girls' weekend next week with 3 girls from weddingbee, we're all going to DC to hang out together! (I've met 2 of them, the 3rd i'll meet for the first time in person next week!)
