Gp but would mention being six weeks pp and see if they say to call OB... So I guess it can't be that bad to skip it and call on first.

I would probably call the OB out of concern for mastitis if you have a fever. The BFing information I got from my provider said something like "if you feel sick in the first weeks if BFing we promise you don't have the flu.". On the other hand, somebody must get the flu. Feel better!
