I would. San Diego is a great place to visit. DH and flew from San Francisco to Sydney a few years back and there was a woman on our flight who was traveling with her 8 month old twins -- by herself!!! Whenever I stress about travel, I think of her and how if she survived that, anything is possible

@Madison43: one of my friends has 2.5yr old twins and regularly flies from the UK to Taiwan with them solo. I figured if she can survive that, I'll be fine with my LO!
