@yoursilverlining: Sure! Not my recipe, just one I've adapted (that's excellent as written!) my big sub is using roasted sweet potato instead of the pumpkin but both work beautifully. And I double the sauce and freeze the leftover.

@aprk: what type? The adult me likes Honey Bunches of Oats w/ a sliced banana. The kid in me would like to eat Lucky Charms. She hasn't been indulged in a while though.

@MaisyMay: I vary between shredded wheat, random fiber one flakes and a "natural" (hah) lucky charms called mallow oats. Ooh, cinnamon squares (not toast crunch) are delicious too!
