Honestly either one. They are both the same to me haha. But I do miss having a tiny girl to paint nails and get all glittery and such. So probably a girl next. I'm so much better as a girl mom!

I cannot decide this! I get so happy thinking about DS having a brother and DD having a sister - I can't handle it, haha!

Pregnant with LO 3 now, with a 5 year old boy and 3 year old girl. I honestly have no preference! I found out for the older two, but this baby we will be team green.

@iheartleopardprint: I wanted to stay team green but just can't. Good luck!

We have a girl, boy, boy (and soon to be another boy). We would have loved one more girl, but mostly because picking girl names are easier for us!

Wow, must ask why do so many prefer a girl, especially when you already have one of each? Are little boys that bad?

I will have 2 boys. If I had one of each I would not have much preference for the third except maybe for kid #2 and 3 to be the same gender so they have a same sex sibling closer in age. But really if I had one of each, I would not consider having a third!

@lov2teach: I am surprised by the amount of people preferring another girl too!! My son is definitely my 'easier' child, so I don't understand the preference at all!
@californiadreams: Our decision to have any child isn't based on gender, it's because we wanted that other child and our family didn't yet feel complete. Already having one of each doesn't close that door for me, if that makes sense?
I know a lot of people IRL with two of the same gender who are going for a third to get what they don't have. But I also know a lot people who have one of each and feel content with that. Family dynamics can vary so much!

Either one for me. I'm more excited about the girls name we have picked out for when we have another baby than the boys name. Lol.

I would truly have no preference. I can see awesome parts to each.

I would want another girl. oldest is a boy and younger is girl. My thoughts for a third to be a girl, so the girls would be closer in age and hopefully closer growing up. Plus, I saved all the baby girl clothes. But I would be super excited to have another boy.

@lov2teach: no, little boys are wonderful!! My son is definitely harder so far but that doesn't have anything to do with it. I feel like I'm pretty girly so I tend to like the more girly things along with my daughter. I don't do sports and boy stuff, so it's been hard for me with a boy and we're just getting started haha.

I have one of each and truly have no preference for a 3rd. Maybe we would even be team green! (But we are done!).

@mrskc: same!
I have boy, girl so I would want 3rd to be a girl
If I had a girl, boy, then I would want 3rd to be a boy
@lov2teach: that's why I voted girl

I would prefer another boy but mainly because he would be closer in age to Ds and my son is super laid back and my daughter was really high strung and difficult! I love them both dearly though and the gender really makes little difference.

When I was pregnant with my third, I kinda wanted a girl - it had been a long time since I had a girl and the names/clothes/toys are more familiar and cute to me. We had another boy and honestly, he's pretty fantastic and I'm glad my middle son has a little side kick to play with.

@Ginger333: how old are your kiddos? I have a DD, DS and most likely pg with DS2

@Ginger333: how do you like the 4-year age gap between the boys? that's what mine will be

@sampron: it wasn't my plan, but it's okay. It's been nice to have one on one time with my baby while the other two are in school but the boys are still not as close as the first two are ... it gets better the older he gets though

I think I would like my daughter to have a sister (I have three and love the sister bond) but really I would be happy with either. Girls and boys are equally awesome and squishy and fun.

I have a lil boy and am currently pregnant with DD. We've discussed #3 and while I didn't care before/thought about being Team Green, the further along I get with #2, the more I'm kind of leaning towards boy. I'm a tomboy. DS and I get a long great right now. Guess I should wait and see once DD gets here to really decide! But since I have one of each already, the 3rd really doesn't matter. #2 was a bit more of a push for a girl.

I come from a girl-boy-girl family. I think #3 being a girl definitely plays into more of being the "baby" of the family and her big brother protecting her. My brother did great as the only boy.
