Do you also have thyroid issues (specifically, hypothyroidism)? I'm meeting with my endocrinologist tomorrow because I'm 5 months post partum and overall, I feel like garbage. I feel like I have a fair amount of the symptoms.
Just curious if they go together often.

Yes! I'm not sure if they're related in my case though as my gran, aunt and sister all have thyroid issues too.

I have hypothyroidism, but haven't been diagnosed with PCOS. But, I had GD with both my pregnancies and the endo I saw this last time suspects it, because I don't have any of the risk factors for GD. I think I'll bring it up with my OB and when I do my follow up GD appt in September. That being said, we have a family history of thyroid issues, so it may or may not be related.

I have PCOS. I'm not technically diagnosed as hypo, but my test levels were slightly higher than what my doctor likes to see, so she treating me with a small dose of synthroid.

I have hypothyroidism and PCOS. I think there is a connection but I'm not exactly sure. I'm really happy to have a good endo!
