Hours.

We listed it, got three calls for showings, planned an open house for the following weekend, and ended up canceling the open house and accepting an offer

Not exactly sure because we were out of town at the time, but it was listed on a Wednesday and sold by Friday.

We didn't offer viewings- put on the market on a Thursday, two OH scheduled for that Sat and Sunday and accepted offers Sunday night. I liked it better that way, much easier to plan for with a toddler and dog.

Hmmm maybe a week or so? I forget. We don't live in a very hot market. It was listed end of June and sold in September.

My mom is an agent three hours away and she typically gets showings the day a house is listed and it almost always sells within week for over asking.

Listed on a Thursday, had two showings on Monday night (weird), and accepted an offer Tuesday.

I didn't personally but my parents did twice. Both times within a few days.

The next day. But we sold recently and in a hot market!

I've sold 3: for one it was a matter of hours (and an offer was put in, and accepted within 24 hours), but for the other two, it was a couple of days. One took 3 months to sell, whereas the last one was probably 6 weeks.

Whoops answered this wrong! haha the next day for both. the condo took 3 days to sell and the house took 2 mo to sell. the house was listed a lot higher and we listed during the slowest month so it was a long process!
