I have two girls born 22 months apart. We moved to the east coast from a near tropical climate shortly after DD2 was born, so I had to bulk up my stock of winter clothes under size 18m. But mostly Ive been able to reuse clothes (nothing I love has gotten skipped/missed); however that's not to say I don't buy more for DD2. This summer will be interesting because I think they'll wear the same size bottom (2T) for the most part. DD1 is small and DD2 is average, though, so they're more like 1 year apart in clothing rather than two.

We'll see. My boys are March and January and although that isn't a big difference of seasons, here March is in the 80s and January is in the 40s/50s. So I've had to buy some colder weather tiny things. This LO is also a larger baby so I think that may throw things off too, but when he gets a little bigger, I think he will be able to wear plenty of his brother's clothes.

Mostly. My boys are 20 months apart (November and August), so we were good until right now. LO2 is moving into 9 month clothing and all of LO1's stuff in that size is for spring/summer. BUT I told our families around Christmas, so he got enough winter stuff to last awhile. We'll see how big he is when it gets warmer!

DS1 was born in November and DS2 was born in June. I live in the midwest so the opposite season is hurting my ability to reuse clothes. However, I've gotten away with only having to buy a few things. However, once DS2 hits the 2T range, we should be good. Plus, every baby deserves to have some new clothes, right???

Yep, 2 girls and same thing, opposite seasons. Some things work but I've had to buy more than I expected too! Pants I can reuse, and I *think* for summer I'll be able to start matching up better! fingers crossed

We reuse what we can. One was born in July and the other in October plus she's smaller than her older sister was so it might not work out too well. We've already had to buy a few things for winter.

I have two girl summer babies (July and August), and so far LO 2 is slightly bigger than LO1, so all the hand-me-downs work.

I have a April and October baby so fortunately I was able to reuse a lot but also bought some new stuff too. Helps that I get hand me downs from my sil and neighbor too.

I probably was able to re-use about 70% of the clothes. Some of the stuff they wore a lot, like sleepers and white onesies, were just to worn or stained.

They are opposite seasons but I've been able to reuse a lot, I just need to fill in extra pieces here and there.

Two girls, Feb and July. I've had to buy stuff for the younger one!

Two boys both born in October! I've been able to mostly use big bro's clothes but have had to buy some since baby bro is so much bigger than he was!!

For the first six months, I had to buy a fair amount because, like you I had opposite season babies (May / December) and live in New England. After that, I was able to reuse most everything since DS2 is bigger than DS1 was. I've had to get some footed sleepers and more long sleeve onesies for this winter, but otherwise haven't had to buy him anything - including his patagonia jacket. He's wearing his brother's 18m jacket (which DS1 wore at 18m) and he's 13m.

Oh the being born on opposite seasons is going to be tricky!!

Mine were born about a month apart (late-Jan and early-March) but I also live somewhere were there is no real winters or summers (Sunny Cali!). So we were able to totally reuse clothes.

I only bought clothes for my second because I felt bad he never had new clothes so when there was great deals at gap or other nice stores (janie and jack / nordstrom) I would grab a few of those items. So my second actually dresses better than my first... and pretty much dresses better than the whole family. Haha. Since I didn't have to use money to buy like at home items or layering items since we have those.
