We usually don't have anyone stay over besides when my mom visits and occasionally my sister will stay over. I feel a little bad but they have to sleep on the couch. If its for a few nights I move DD into a PNP and let the guest have LO's twin bed. I don't think we will ever have a guest room, I feel like its kind of a waste of space for a visitor 3-4 times a year.

We don't often have overnight guests, my MIL at least once a year. She sleeps on the living room couch (it's a pull-out). We also have a loveseat that pulls out in LO's small room.

We don't ever have overnight guests. If I ever need somewhere for someone to stay, I'll send them to my parents or inlaws, who don't live far. Or, they're welcome to the couch.

We usually don't have guests--we try and stay upfront about limited space. If my mom comes she sleeps on the couch.

We have a futon in the office. Most of the time my parents (the only overnight guests we really get) sleep at my ILs house because they actually have a nice guest room.

We're losing our guest room/office to the 2nd baby nursery, so our future guests will enjoy the couch or air mattress in the living room.

We have a futon in the box room but soon that will be A's room. Mostly now we have a LO people stay in hotels.

Guest space is really important to us since neither of our family lives nearby. And as our parents get older, we had to upgrade what we had available for them so that they'd be comfortable staying for long periods of time. So right now Wagon Jr. sleeps in a queen sized bed, and when grandparents come over they get his room and he sleeps in our room. Our room is big enough to accommodate our queen sized aerobed (where guests used to sleep) so he sleeps on that, but he could easily sleep in our bed too... but in that case I'd have to sleep on the couch downstairs because I'm a light sleeper.
I didn't want Wagon Jr. in a queen sized bed, but we had one from before we had children and had an actual guest room, and I didn't have a choice unless I wanted to purchase a twin bed for him and put our queen bed and mattress in storage.

We do have a twin bed in our play area and when friends came they slept on our couch, but we've also had family stay at a hotel nearby. It's not ideal, but since it doesn't happen often, it is what it is.

Last year for the holidays we had members from both sets of family come over. We put my MIL and SILs in a hotel for the night and let my dad have the guest room since his trip was longer. If it was just the ILs our guest room and air mattress in another room would have worked.

we don't have overnight guests often, but we have a futon they can sleep on, an air mattress that can go in the living room and our couch is oddly comfortable for sleeping.

It's usually my mom and she can sleep anywhere. Charlie has a full-size bed though so she usually sleeps next to him.

On the couch, which is why we never have guests. We don't have a spare bed or bedroom or even space for an air mattress.
HOWEVER, we are moving in 3 weeks to a house with 2.5x more space so will have room for EVERYONE soon!
